I know people are going stir crazy with these stay at home orders, but please, as one doc who works in the ED, staying home and physically distancing WORKS. Don't let your areas become Italy or NYC if you can avoid it.

Things here in Iowa are still good. We are gearing up and preparing for the inevitable, but are hoping our tidal wave continues to shrink as these efforts take full effect.
