It's been an amazing couple of weeks. I just got back from Moab where I completed my training in pre-hospital medicine with limited resources, aka, my Wilderness First Responder training. Thanks to some amazing new friends (the coolest people I've ever met, no joke), I made it up to Arches National Park, saw Delicate Arch, and then saw the sunset from atop Landscape Arch.
I'm home now with occasional travel out to what will be my new haunts, Iowa City, where my husband and I will be buying a house for my next step in medical training.
Life is busy. And grand. And amazing.
I anticipate another page this week! Probably Thursday or Friday :)
Thanks for your patience during these past weeks!
Today is also the final day to donate to the Yemen Charity Zine, if you were thinking about doing so. The campaign will remain up, and will continue, and we've made a hefty sum for the World Food Program that we're very happy with. But if you were so inclined to donate TODAY, it would be a feather in all our caps.
