Finally, I'm very sorry for missing last Friday's update. In emergency medicine, you never really know what you're walking into each shift. This past week, it's felt like walking into Wal-mart on Black Friday where everyone is armed with bazookas and whoever shoots first gets the best deal. I've had hours of work to take home. Yesterday I was up for 24 hours straight to try to catch up and I'm still behind. The page will go up Wednesday. It is what it is and this is my life. Thank you very much for bearing with me.
