So probability says we are going to make it, What it Takes will be printed, and...I need some stretch goals! Any ideas? I've never been a buttons or stickers kind of person, so what, dear readers, would you like as an extra perk of being a campaign backer? Book mark? Bigger book? Hardcover book?
