Ok, Colbs, it's pretty obvious to everyone here that you don't lie very well especially when you're scared of being eaten. But could you blame her for trying? The last Reverts you saw were pretty insane anyway. And we learn a bit about the baddest baddie in this story...though we haven't even met him yet! Fancy degrees? Is that what you had in mind for the dude everyone hates/fears? Arc 9 will finally reveal the truth about Colbey, Arthur...and some other characters! And hey, the cover page to arc 9 is already up in the forum.
I would like to apologize for the comments not matching up to the page. I do not know why this is happening. It seems to take a few DAYS before intense debate recognizes that the comic has changed. The same code is on my other comic, The War of Winds, and there are no issues. I unfortunately do not have the extra energy to track the issue down and resolve it. :(
Is anyone keeping up with JJ Abram's newest series Alcatraz? I watched the first two episodes on Hulu (when I should have been studying of course) and so far it's kinda...boring. I ecstatic Hurley is in it as he was my favorite character from Lost, and Sam Neill is as always, great/evil; I pleased with the female lead character (who so far is not a bitch OR skank, wow!)...but just...I'm bored. If it doesn't pick up past episode 3, I might drop it. Anyone here like it? Hate it? Tell me about it.
Any support for this comic would be very much appreciated right now. Had a huge, unexpected school bill earlier last month, set off my entire budget by quite a lot. Every little bit helps!
The Arc 5 Extension! It's an 11-page downloadable PDF available for $5. It's the events that happened between the end of arc 5 and the beginning of arc 6, narrated by Colbey, with one illustration per page! There are still some surprises in there. Click the banner for it in the sidebar at RIGHT to purchase. You can download it instantly after buying.
Lastly, the 4K-word piece of prose titled "Six Bullets" that INSPIRED this comic. It tells the story of Christi, a desperate woman alone in a world out to get her. Still reeling from the loss of someone close to her, she is forced to enter a city for supplies. If you like this comic, you will the story, AND it has some tidbits about the end of the world that I kept in What it Takes. Click the button below to purchase for THREE DOLLARS. It will be emailed the same day of purchase.
